API not working - not able to fetch any trades on any accounts - no response from email!!

We are trying to use the Open API to read trades from accounts.
However, upon using the correct account ID and the access token, we get the following message:

I also sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org a week ago and still have not received any response.
What is the official API support email? We cannot share all the details of our problem here in a forum.
