Drawdown calculation

Good afternoon, 

may I know how do you calculate the "max balance drawdown"?

On the 7th of January my max BDD was at 22.84% and my balance was 513 USD.

On the 8th of Janaury I placed a total of 4 trades for a total closed PNL of -24.54USD and a total balance of 478.69 USD, but my max BDD went from around 22.84% up to 48.78%.

How is that possible?

On MyFX the max DD is still to 22.84%, as it should be.
