I dont get any notification on my ctrader app

All of my notifications are turned on however my push notifications are not working even thought every thing is on. This is really annoying because i have to manually look at the app rather than getting a notification when my trade is active due to notifications not working. pleaseee could you help fix this.

1. Your application OS (Android, iOS).
2. Your application version and OS version.
3. Your broker.

my software is OS the version is 14.4.2 and my broker is ICMarkets thanks in advance :)

There is a known issue related to push notifications for some IC Markets using the iOS app. It will be resolved in an upcoming update.
