Email notifications not coming

Can you please confirm the following?

  1. Notifications are enabled ID Site
  2. Notifications do not end up in your spam folder.

If after checking the above you still do not get notifications, please provide us with the following

  1. cTrader ID, account number and broker
  2. Screenshots showing that notifications are enabled.
  3. Order IDs for orders you did not receive notifications
