Lagging

Hi,

wanted to know if this is normal and how I can fix this.

Currently cannot trade because of this problem.

Sometimes, when a new candle should form and a new Minute starts, the chart freezes. Everything else is fine.

But the new candles appears approximately 30 to 40 seconds too late. I don't have this issue on other platforms.

Any help is appreciated.

At first glance, it seems like a price feed issue. You need to report it to your broker first.
