ver 4.4.12, How to access and edit the icon's comments?

I had a problem with the new version just updated.   How I can access and edit the icon's comments?

This issue is temporarily solved by a custom indicator: Edit Icon Comment

Usage:
1. Select Icon to popup a ChartText with the icon's comment;
2. Edit ChartText as needed;
3. Alt + D to save revised comments, hit again to hide popup ChartText;
