How to change leverage ratio of live account

Could anyone help me with changing leverage ratio of live account? Many thanks.

Just go to Settings > Properties, choose your Leverage and click apply.

I do the same but not allowed to change. Message popped up "Changing leverage is disabled for this account". What could I do to change the leverage? Thanks
