Make the Indicator/cBot parameters window re-sizable

I'm waiting for a very long time to see when you are going to make the indicator and cBot parameter windows resizable but you haven't done it yet.

Lots of times my parameter names or exceeding the limit and wrapped up, and the user can't resize the parameters window to see the full parameter name.

Also please make the "Create Order" window re-sizable too.
