Range charts - Variable customised pips

Other advanced trading platforms already allows users to set their own range bar sizes eg Dukascopy Bank.

cTrader currently offers users fixed range bars, ranging from 1 pip to 10,000 pips. While these are of some use, the best options aren't available eg. Ra 86, 214, 298 etc.
