Update SL for open orders when price reaches a specific target

For all the open positions when the price reaches a price x then update SL to breakeven.

The position x is calculated as % between open price and Take profit price.

x should be entered as input from the user.

for example x= 70%

when the price reaches a price that is on the 70% of the distance from target price and open price than move SL to breakeven.

This should function for all open positions both BUY or SELL.
