Problem fixed.  It looks like I had a lot of opened & unused charts somewhere in the background.  These where not on the "list open charts"  & I could not see them on my monitors.  I started closing charts & eventually was able to close them all. Closed & restarted cTrader & then everything was OK

If some else has a simillar issue I hope this can help.

All My charts are all blank?  My internet connection is OK.  I currently have 2 detached charts & they are OK. The orders tab is updating .  Not sure what to do? I have restarted my PC & restarted cTrader with no change
