ALGO-XL KST HeatPulse Pro
A modern Know Sure Thing (KST) momentum oscillator with ALGO-XL style heat visualization, clean signals, and optional higher-timeframe bias filtering.
Overview
ALGO-XL KST HeatPulse Pro is a refined, modern take on the classic Know Sure Thing (KST) indicator—built for traders who want clear momentum information without noise. It combines the proven KST calculation with a premium “HeatPulse” visual layer to help you instantly see when momentum is building, peaking, or fading.
Instead of just showing two lines, HeatPulse Pro adds a strength-aware heat engine that highlights meaningful conditions while keeping the chart clean and decision-ready.
Key Features
✅ Classic KST + Signal Line (enhanced visuals)
A clean KST line and signal line designed for fast, at-a-glance interpretation.
✅ Momentum Histogram (strong vs weak)
See momentum pressure visually: strong/weak bullish and bearish momentum are separated for clarity.
✅ ALGO-XL Heat Engine (optional)
Activate Heat mode to display momentum intensity using:
- Heat Blocks (tiered strength zones)
- Heat Tube (smooth “ribbon” style intensity)
- Tube + Blocks combined for a premium look
✅ Heat Burst Dots (momentum spike detection)
Highlights “burst” moments when momentum expands aggressively—useful for breakout continuation or exhaustion awareness.
✅ Smart Signal Logic (clean crossings)
- Cross dots for KST/Signal crosses
- Optional cooldown filter to prevent repeated signals in chop
- Optional minimum histogram strength and slope filters for cleaner triggers
✅ Re-Entry Dots (pullback continuation)
After a cross, HeatPulse Pro can arm re-entries when momentum cools and then re-expands—ideal for continuation entries.
✅ Early Warning Dots (momentum fading)
Detects “shrinking” momentum over a short window to warn when the move is losing power.
✅ Optional HTF Bias Filter (regime compass)
Use a higher timeframe bias so signals align with the bigger picture. You can choose:
- KST vs Signal (trend alignment)
- KST vs Zero (bull/bear regime)
How to Use (Practical Workflow)
1) Trend Direction
- KST above Signal = bullish momentum regime
- KST below Signal = bearish momentum regime
2) Strength & Timing
- Histogram grows = momentum building
- Histogram shrinks = momentum fading (watch warning dots)
- Heat blocks/tube intensify = stronger continuation probability
3) Entries
- Use cross dots for initial shift
- Use re-entry dots for continuation after a pullback
- Use HTF bias filter to trade only with the higher timeframe direction
4) Exits / Caution
- Warning dots + shrinking momentum can signal reduced continuation probability
- Burst dots can signal “expansion” (continuation) but also potential exhaustion—context matters
Settings Highlights
- Preset Modes: quick setups for Scalping, Swing, Smooth, Aggressive
- Strength Threshold: fixed or adaptive (auto-adjusts with market conditions)
- Filters: minimum strength/slope + cooldown to reduce chop signals
- Heat Controls: choose blocks, tube, both; smoothing; tube height; burst sensitivity
- HTF Bias: optional regime filter + optional bias band display
Performance
HeatPulse Pro is designed to remain smooth and responsive, with optional features you can disable if you prefer a minimal look.
