How do I start a cBot?

After installation, start a cloud or local instance of the cBot.

Which cTrader apps support cBots?

All cTrader apps support cloud execution of cBots while only cTrader Windows and Mac support local execution.

How can I test the cBot performance?

Run the cBot on a clean demo account (without previous trades) and monitor its activity over time. Focus on consistency, drawdowns and behaviour under different market conditions. Backtest your cBot on historical market data in cTrader Windows and Mac.

Should I optimise the cBot settings for better results?

Optimising the cBot for your broker and market conditions can significantly improve its performance.

Should I adjust the cBot parameters before running it?

You can start the cBot with its default parameters or use the provided optimisation file.

Will the cBot show the same performance on every account?

Performance may vary depending on broker conditions, spreads and execution quality. Testing the bot in your own environment helps you understand how it performs in real use.
