Algo Forex (Trial) is a backtesting-only trading bot designed exclusively for the Forex market. It does not execute live or demo trades. The strategy operates two independent components: one trading only buy positions and the other only sell positions. Users can run either side independently or both simultaneously. At the start of each trading cycle, the bot monitors price movement from the current bar open. It opens the first market order when the price moves a specified distance (set by the Smooth input) in the relevant direction. Subsequently, it builds a grid by placing additional limit orders spaced by a configurable Grid Step value. The bot closes all positions and cancels pending orders once the total net profit on a side turns positive. The strategy employs a Martingale plus grid structure, which increases risk during volatile market conditions. It includes risk-control features but is not intended for live trading on standard CFD broker accounts. It is recommended for use in proprietary trading firm environments. The trial version is intended solely for backtesting purposes. Supported currency pairs include EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, and USDJPY.
