🔗 cTrader Store:

The UNO KRI is a powerful deviation-based oscillator that measures the percentage distance between price and a selected Moving Average. It helps traders identify 📈 overbought and oversold conditions, 🎯 trend pullbacks, and 🔄 price overextensions with high flexibility.

Unlike traditional momentum indicators, KRI UNO focuses purely on how far price has stretched away from its mean value, making it highly effective for mean reversion and pullback trading strategies across all markets.

🔢 Formula

$$KRI = \frac{\text{Price} - \text{Moving Average}}{\text{Moving Average}} \times 100$$

The output represents the percentage deviation of price from the chosen MA.

🔧 Features

• Supports 10 Moving Average types: SMA, EMA, WMA, WWMA (Wilder), VIDYA (Adaptive), ZLEMA (Zero-Lag), TSF (Linear Regression Forecast), HMA (Hull), VWMA (Volume Weighted), TMA (Triangular)

• Customizable MA period & Adjustable overbought/oversold levels

• Works with any price source (Close, Open, High, Low, etc.)

• Clear zero line for trend bias reference

📈 How It Works

• Above 0 → Price is trading above the MA (bullish bias)

• Below 0 → Price is trading below the MA (bearish bias)

• Above Upper Level → Potential overbought condition

• Below Lower Level → Potential oversold condition

During strong trends, the indicator may remain extended, confirming trend strength rather than signaling immediate reversal.

🎯 Advantages

✔ Highly flexible with 10 MA types for different trading styles

✔ Useful for both mean reversion and trend pullback strategies

✔ Percentage-based calculation makes it consistent across all instruments

✔ Helps detect overextended market conditions early

✔ Works well in combination with trend filters and price action

💡 Best Used For

• Identifying pullbacks in trending markets

• Detecting overbought/oversold conditions in ranging markets

• Confirming trend bias relative to moving average

• Building automated trading strategies (cBots)

💡 Usage Tips

🔹 Scalping: Length 10–30, HMA/ZLEMA, Levels ±2–3

🔹 Swing Trading: Length 50–100, SMA/EMA/TMA, Levels ±5–10

🔹 Trend Confirmation: Watch if Kairi stays above 0 (uptrend) or below 0 (downtrend)

✅ Summary Recommendation

Best Markets: Forex majors & Gold (Liquid, predictable trends)

Secondary Markets: Indices & Crypto (Use wider thresholds due to high volatility)

💡 Pro Tip:

Use HMA or ZLEMA for Gold or volatile markets. Use SMA/EMA for Forex and indices for smoother signals. Adjust Upper/Lower levels depending on volatility (e.g., ±2–3 for Forex, ±5–10 for Gold).

The biggest moves in any market don't start with a big candle — they start quiet. Price coils into a tight range, volatility contracts, and almost nothing happens for a while. Then it fires. Most traders only notice after the breakout candle is already halfway done, because nothing on their chart flagged the coiling phase in the first place. Coil Radar is built around that exact gap. It measures Bollinger Band width against a Keltner Channel — when Bollinger squeezes inside Keltner, the market is compressing. The tighter that compression gets, the higher your Coil Tension reading climbs. When price finally breaks out of the squeeze, the indicator flags the release and tells you which direction it fired, using underlying momentum to call it. **Core features:**- Bollinger-inside-Keltner squeeze detection — the proven way to identify volatility compression- Live Coil Tension % reading — 0% means wide open, 100% means maximally compressed and close to firing- Automatic fire detection the moment the squeeze releases, color-coded bullish or bearish based on momentum- Three-state visual histogram: coiled (gold), firing (green/red), and open/no compression (grey) — so you can tell at a glance whether you're watching, waiting, or already too late- On-chart dashboard showing current state, tension %, and momentum reading- Fully configurable Bollinger and Keltner periods, multipliers, and momentum lookback This isn't a trend or reversal tool — it's an early-warning system for the quiet phase before volatility expands. Use it to know when to start paying attention, before the move that everyone else only notices once it's already underway.

Spots volatility squeezes before they fire — the compression phase everyone else misses.

Coil Radar is a volatility indicator designed to detect market compression phases before significant price moves occur. It identifies periods when Bollinger Bands contract inside Keltner Channels, signaling a volatility squeeze. The indicator provides a live Coil Tension percentage, ranging from 0% (low compression) to 100% (maximum compression), indicating how close the market is to a breakout. Upon release of the squeeze, Coil Radar automatically detects the breakout direction—bullish or bearish—based on momentum analysis. It features a three-state visual histogram with color codes: gold for coiled (compressed), green/red for firing (breakout), and grey for open (no compression). An on-chart dashboard displays the current state, tension percentage, and momentum reading. Users can fully customize Bollinger and Keltner parameters, including periods, multipliers, and momentum lookback settings. This tool serves as an early-warning system for the quiet phase preceding volatility expansion, helping traders anticipate major moves before traditional breakout signals appear.
