Angus Bot Trader

Overview

Angus is an Bot Trader developed exclusively for XAUUSD (Gold). It combines Follow Trend and Reversal trading strategies to identify trading opportunities based on market structure and technical indicators.

Trading Strategy

The Bot Trader determines the prevailing market bias before waiting for a price pullback to the EMA zone. A trade is opened only after a valid reversal candlestick confirmation. This approach aims to align entries with the current market direction while following predefined trading rules.

Risk & Money Management

The EA includes a fully automated risk management system.

• Position size is calculated automatically based on the user-defined Risk (%) and Stop Loss distance.
• Take Profit is calculated using a configurable Risk-to-Reward (RR) ratio.
• An optional Trailing Stop can be activated after price reaches a user-defined percentage of the distance between the entry price and the Take Profit level.
• All risk management parameters are fully configurable.
