GapTrader is a cTrader trading bot designed for micro lot traders operating in range-bound markets. It uses a manual 8-color horizontal line system drawn on the chart to define trade setups and triggers. Key line colors include blue for buy setups, red for sell setups, green for liquidity gates (required first in Advanced mode), and white/purple for activation triggers. The bot enters trades on breakouts and manages them automatically.

It offers three operational modes: Basic (breakout only), Simple (requires activation), and Advanced (full sequence with liquidity gate). Features include spread and time filters, a Monday gap filter, news pause, break-even adjustment, partial close at first take profit (50%), box invalidation logic, and daily trade limits. The default trade size is 3,000 units (micro lots).

GapTrader integrates with the Matrix BasketHybrid cBot for enhanced signal precision. It is optimized for trading Forex, indices, and commodities markets, focusing on breakout and scalping strategies. The bot requires manual drawing of horizontal lines and does not support cTrader Cloud. All source code is included for import and use within the cTrader platform.
