The setup comes across better if the final call stays manual. A 90 setup forward sample on London open should be enough for the first opinion.

This is easier to judge on H1. A sample of 83 setups with 2 higher timeframe candles gives a cleaner read than one good result.

For trend filtering, the practical question is whether it reduces bad decisions. A 97 setup journal on New York open makes that clearer.
