EMBER is a regime-based breakout bot that does not trade on long historical backtests but becomes active and profitable in short, suitable market windows. A 1-month backtest delivered around +6%, closely matching the +5.69% forward ROI. Optimization breaks its logic, so EMBER should be used tactically, only during impulse-driven gold market phases. Not a set-and-forget system, but a valid regime-filtered tool.
