This is easier to judge on H1. A sample of 62 setups with 1.5R target gives a cleaner read than one good result.

A normal forward sample says more than a polished screenshot. For gold trading, 26 setups on M5 feels like a fair first read.

For gold trading, this feels more useful as a filter than a full system. The journal should cover 55 setups and the trade context.
