It monitors price interactions with a dynamic EMA cloud—comprising fast and slow EMA bands—and identifies "rejection-burst" setups where price briefly enters the cloud, gets rejected, and then moves sharply in the direction of the prevailing trend. Upon confirmation of such a setup, Kumo opens positions and manages risk through an adaptive grid and hedge system. This approach allows averaging of entries and drawdown control during short-term volatility, rather than relying on fixed stops.
