The main value is not hype, it is keeping the review calmer. Bad trades still need to be rejected manually.

i liked it more as a side tool for volume based context than as something to follow blindly. Pressure is easier to read, and the final decision still feels like it belongs to the trader.

Tbh the value is mostly in filtering bad ideas. I still would not trust it live without checking the chart myself. A clean journal needs both hit rate and average R.
