Description
Funded Trader Markets (FTM) is a prop trading firm launched in August 2024 to support and reward disciplined traders. It describes itself as a simulated trading evaluation company rather than a broker: traders do not deposit funds with FTM, all trading takes place on simulated accounts, and performance rewards are based on traders' simulated profits.
Transparency is one of the firm's core values. FTM says it believes in proof, not promises, and publishes a live public ledger of the rewards it has paid, with on-chain verification of crypto transfers. By its own count, it passed $1 million in rewards by December 2024 and has since paid more than $8 million across over 5,600 rewards, with most rewards processed within an hour.
The same idea shapes its approach to rules. FTM publishes its rules upfront and deliberately has no broad ban on "gambling" or "toxic trading": it argues that such terms mean different things to different traders, and that a rule open to interpretation leaves traders unsure whether their next trade will be judged acceptable or a violation. Instead, the safeguard is built into the programs themselves: high-risk trading tends to fail within the built-in drawdown limits, so traders are free to trade their own way while the structure rewards discipline. In the same spirit, FTM has no lot-size restrictions, no margin-usage rule, no one-sided betting rule and no blackout windows around news releases, and allows martingale and layering within a single account.
FTM is available in more than 160 countries, advertises 24/7 support and runs a Discord community where traders share their reward proofs and the firm holds monthly free reset giveaways.
