GBPUSD London Breakout (v2) is a fully automated cBot that trades the classic London-open range breakout on GBPUSD (H1). It measures the pre-London consolidation range, waits for a confirmed breakout within a defined window, and manages the trade with a fixed R-multiple take profit, a buffered stop loss, and an automatic breakeven move once the trade is far enough in profit. A daily-EMA trend filter is used to bias trade direction.

Backtested over 2 years 7 months on GBPUSD H1 (01/01/2024–16/08/2026, FxPro conditions, 500:1 leverage): 213 trades, 55.4% win rate, profit factor 1.03, ROI 22.35%. Maximum drawdown during the test was ~47–49% of account balance/equity — this is an aggressive strategy at the tested 5% (the default is 1%) risk-per-trade setting; buyers should reduce RiskPercent for a more conservative risk profile.
