Bun ATR xaugrid is an automated grid trading bot designed specifically for gold trading on XAUUSD or similar USD-quoted gold symbols. It implements a two-sided limit-order grid strategy with adaptive features based on the Average True Range (ATR) indicator to adjust grid spacing according to market volatility. The bot analyzes closed 5-minute candles for volatility and directional trends, while order execution is managed on price ticks and timers.

Key functionalities include configurable market condition filters (spread, volatility, direction), risk controls such as exposure limits, stop-loss and take-profit management, break-even and trailing stops, and a fixed anti-stacking rule to limit multiple losing positions on one side. An optional breakout recovery mode uses stop orders to manage increased exposure.

The bot requires a USD-denominated hedging account, with a suggested starting balance of $100 and leverage of 1:500 as per the seller’s reference setup. It supports limit orders and is optimized for scalping with high trade frequency on the M1 chart timeframe. Risk management tools include daily and maximum drawdown guards and profit/loss thresholds to stop trading and close positions.

This bot operates best during consolidation phases and is compatible with brokers like Pepperstone. It does not support netting or non-USD accounts and does not include an economic calendar filter.
