A decent setup here should survive 30 demo trades without looking messy. The journal should show whether the numbers are real. The warning sign is when the trade plan starts feeling forced.

For algo trading, the practical question is whether it reduces bad decisions. A 69 setup journal on New York open makes that clearer.
