Trading Assistant v1.3.4 is a strategy-agnostic trading bot designed to assist users in timing and managing trades based on trend lines or channels defined by the user. Instead of relying on limit orders, it places and manages trades to align with the user’s strategy, enhancing trade timing efficiency.
Key functionalities include a robust risk management system and money management system, both fully configurable by the account owner to control drawdowns and losses while aiming to maximize returns. The bot offers multiple profit-taking methods, in-trade management to secure partial profits while allowing trades to run, and smart account protection during news events or significant market structure changes.
Additional features include Telegram alerts, automatic stop loss placement on all positions, and compatibility with various markets such as indexes, shares, commodities, and forex. It operates on both MacOS and Windows platforms and provides extensive configuration options for advanced algorithmic traders. The bot can also be used for scalping strategies.

On a cautious test, The first pass can stay at small. 2 higher timeframe candles feels enough, and 3 percent DD would be my limit before changing settings. Worth rechecking it on H1 bias.

For trend filtering, the practical value is in cleaner decisions. A 110 setup run on daily close should show if it helps or just adds noise.
