How to Trade with the Trend Cloud

1. Trend Filter (Trend Following): When the cloud is Green, the bias is bullish and you should prioritize buy setups. When the cloud turns Red, the bias is bearish and you should focus on sell setups.
2. Pullback Zones (Zonal Entries): The dynamic cloud acts as a floating support or resistance area. Wait for the price to retest or enter the cloud without breaking it; a rejection of the cloud zone is your execution signal.
3. Consolidation Filter (The Squeeze): When the moving averages cross frequently and the cloud becomes extremely thin, the indicator warns you of a flat or ranging market, protecting you from false breakouts.
