FAQ

By market, style and test record: XTE trading robots are cBots from independent cTrader Store sellers, each with its own instruments, worst tested drawdown and trade sample. Reader reviews and any published live results add context, though past numbers cannot show what a bot will do next.
Partly, since crypto symbols such as BTCUSD may trade around the clock where a broker lists them, so a test should include weekend and overnight stretches. Backtest on the Windows or Mac app first, then use a demo account if XTE offers one before risking real funds.
XTE's own terms decide that, and they may treat automated or high-frequency strategies in ways a bot description cannot know about. Check them with the broker's support before starting a fast scalping bot, as the account's rules apply to everything an instance does.
It matters whenever a bot holds more than one position on a symbol, as grid, hedging and multi-entry bots do. Hedging accounts keep those positions separate, netting accounts merge them into one, so a bot built for one mode may misbehave on the other.
Gather the log lines around the problem, the parameters used, the symbol and timeframe, and whether the account is hedging or netting. Pass that to the developer using the product page, since only they can change the code, and remember that stopping the bot leaves its positions open.
