⚠️ RISK PARAMETERS — READ BEFORE USE
Martingale-based strategies can involve rapidly increasing exposure when additional positions are opened.
The following parameters have a major impact on risk:
🔴 Martingale Incrementor
One of the most important risk parameters.
⬆️ Higher values increase position size more aggressively after subsequent entries.
This can increase the potential for faster basket recovery but also significantly increases exposure, margin requirements and drawdown risk.
🔴 Max Positions Per Side
Determines how many positions can be accumulated in one direction.
⬆️ Increasing this value allows deeper scaling sequences and can substantially increase capital requirements and potential drawdown.
🔴 Base Volume Multiplier
Controls the initial position size.
⬆️ Larger starting volume means greater exposure from the beginning of a basket.
🟠 Adaptive Volatility Gap
Controls the spacing conditions used when considering additional positions.
⬇️ Smaller spacing requirements can result in more frequent additional entries and greater exposure concentration.
⬆️ Wider spacing can reduce entry frequency but does not remove the underlying risks of a martingale strategy.
