Description
ATL Statistical Regime Router Pro is an automated EURUSD strategy designed to identify and trade mean-reversion conditions on the H1 chart. The representative configuration uses the reversion branch while leaving the momentum branch disabled.
Strategy and Trading Approach
The cBot evaluates market regime using rolling autocorrelation and volatility measurements. In the demonstrated configuration, it looks for price displacement from a rolling median, requires a reversal candle for confirmation, and exits reversion trades when price returns to the median or another protective exit is reached.
The internal signal logic combines:
- Autocorrelation-based regime assessment
- Rolling volatility percentile assessment
- Median-distance entry measurement
- Reversal-candle confirmation
- Long and short EURUSD execution
### Entry and Execution Behaviour
Entries are subject to configurable controls including maximum spread, minimum bars between entries, maximum trades per day and optional trading hours. The representative backtest permits both long and short trades, allows more than one position, limits execution to three trades per day and closes exposure before the weekend.
Risk and Capital Management
The demonstrated setup uses fixed position sizing at 0.22 lots. Initial protection is based on ATR with minimum and maximum stop distances. A daily loss limit and maximum-lot ceiling provide additional controls.
Profitable positions can be managed through three staged stop levels followed by an ATR-based final trail. These controls are intended to retain part of an established move while allowing price room to fluctuate.
Who This Is For
This cBot is intended for traders familiar with automated EURUSD strategies, H1 trading and the risks of leveraged products. A minimum balance of USD 5,000 is recommended for the demonstrated fixed-lot configuration. Traders using a different balance, broker, symbol specification or leverage should review position size and all risk controls before use.
### Important Limitations
Backtest results are historical simulations and do not guarantee future performance. Spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, execution quality, symbol specifications and available price history vary between brokers and can materially change results. Test the cBot on a demo account with your broker before considering live use. Automated trading can result in substantial losses.
