MODULE 1: Oil & Gas Overview (Dashboard)

Summary dashboard showing the latest update time and the current “pulse” label (Bullish/Bearish/Neutral) based on the scoring model.

Displays: crude/gas gauges, summary cards, method text, and update time.

MODULE 2: US Crude Oil (WPSR)

Data Sources: EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report (WPSR) Table 4 + Table 1

Key metrics snapshot with weekly changes.

Typical items include: Commercial Crude (Excl. SPR), Cushing, Gasoline, Distillate, Total Stocks (Excl. SPR), Domestic Production, Net Imports, Refinery Input.

Also includes: supply/throughput breakdown, score breakdown, and interpretation notes.

MODULE 3: US Natural Gas (WNGSR)

Data Source: EIA Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report (WNGSR)

Regional breakdown (total + regions) with weekly net injection/withdrawal and vs 5Y average.

Also includes: demand-side weather summary, supply-side disruption watch, score breakdown, and interpretation notes.

MODULE 4: Weather & Disruptions

Data Sources: NOAA CPC (6–10 day outlook), NOAA degree-days (HDD), NHC Atlantic RSS, NWS active alerts

Shows: weather outlook summary, HDD signal, hurricane watch, and important active alerts that may impact supply/demand.

MODULE 5: EIA News

Data Sources: EIA RSS (Today in Energy) + EIA What’s New

Shows the latest EIA posts with date and short summary.

MODULE 6: Data Status & Diagnostics

Status panel shows per-source last update time and any recent error message.

Optional diagnostics mode is available for verification/testing.

Note: Near the scheduled EIA release time (10:30 ET), the plugin temporarily increases refresh frequency to capture updates quickly.
