The seller supports the cBot itself, while account questions such as symbols, permissions and rejected orders belong with Jade Forex. Before contacting either, read the instance log, confirm the version you run, since buyers can switch between versions, and note the exact parameters so the seller can reproduce the issue.
It was most likely a local instance, which exists only while cTrader Windows or Mac is open. A cloud-compatible bot can run as a cloud instance without your laptop, others can stay local on a VPS, and any positions left behind stay open until closed.
Brokers choose their own codes, so the Dow may appear as US30 or a variant, and gold as XAUUSD with or without a suffix. A bot coded for one spelling may not find the symbol, and contract sizes can also differ, so match both in the bot's parameters.
