Set your risk once. The panel sizes every order to it, draws entry, stop and target on the chart, and checks the order against your daily and total loss limits before it is sent. If it does not fit, it is not sent, and the panel offers the largest size that does.

It is a cTrader plugin: it lives inside the platform, next to your charts, and trades the symbol of the chart you are on. Open it in the side panel, at the bottom next to Positions and Orders, as a page of its own, or in a separate window you can move to another monitor.

THE ORDER TICKET

- Buy or sell. Market, limit, stop or stop-limit orders, with entry price and expiry.

- Risk as % of balance, % of equity, % of free margin, % of an amount you choose, a fixed amount, or fixed lots.

- Stop and target in pips, price, %, ATR or money - or drag their lines on the chart.

- R:R with a lock: locked, move the stop and the target follows. Unlocked, each line moves on its own.

- Before you send: size, risk in money and %, target in money, R:R, pip value, margin needed, commission, and the swap you would pay or receive after 1, 2 and 3 nights (from your broker's swap for that symbol, counting the triple-swap day).

- Commission is included in the size, and the size is always rounded DOWN. If even the minimum size would risk more than you asked, nothing is sent and the panel tells you how much the minimum would risk.

- A label of your own on each order. Keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+letter) to buy, sell, close everything or move winners to break-even, with the same checks as the buttons.

THE CHECK BEFORE EVERY ORDER

Before an order from the panel is sent, it adds up what you would lose if every open trade and pending order hit its stop, plus this new one. If that would cross your daily, weekly or total limit, the order is not sent - no spread paid.

Why open trades count: in our own portfolio simulation of a funded account, the worst day (10 Nov 2022, US CPI release) broke a 5% daily limit while the trades closed that day were in profit. The damage came from trades still open. Every limit here counts open profit and loss.

YOUR LIMITS, ACROSS THE WHOLE ACCOUNT

- Daily loss as an amount or %, measured from the balance at the reset, the equity at the reset, the higher of both, or the day's equity peak

- Maximum loss: static, trailing at end of day or trailing intraday, optionally frozen at the starting balance

- Weekly loss. Daily and weekly profit targets that lock your gains.

- Best-day cap for consistency rules: the panel shows how much you can still make today without breaking it

- Max trades per day, max losses in a row, a pause after a loss, max open trades and orders

- Max open risk (all stops hit), total and per symbol. Trading hours. Close everything at a set time. Only trade the symbols of one cTrader watchlist.

- When a limit is hit: close everything and block, or only block new trades. Act before the limit (for example at 90%) to leave room for slippage.

- The day resets at midnight UTC, midnight Central European time, 17:00 New York, 17:00 Chicago or an hour you choose, with daylight saving handled

- Tighter limits apply now. By default, looser limits wait for the next reset.

- Deposits and withdrawals are not counted as profit or loss, so a withdrawal does not block your day.

- Restarting cTrader does not unblock the day: the state is saved on your computer, per account.

POSITIONS AND ORDERS

- Every open trade with entry, stop, target, R:R and current R. The balance you would be left with if every stop were hit, with commission and swap.

- Edit a trade or a pending order from the panel, with its lines back on the chart. Move the stop past the entry and the panel tells you how much profit it now locks.

- Close all, winners, losers, buys, sells or this symbol. Close half. Break-even on everything in profit. Each button first says what it will do and how much money is involved; if there is nothing to do, it says so.

- If the market is closed, close, close half and break-even can be left noted for the open.

TRADE MANAGEMENT

- Break-even at a chosen R with an offset, partial closes at chosen R levels, and a trailing stop in pips or ATR from a chosen R.

- Choose the rules for each trade in the ticket before sending, or later with the Rules button on its card: your general rules, rules of its own, or none.

- The broker's trailing stop: once it starts, it runs on your broker's server, even with cTrader closed.

- It only ever tightens a stop. A stop you moved by hand is respected.

- Adds a stop to trades opened without one. Cuts the risk per trade after N losses in a row, until the next win.

- Move the stop of a pending order further away and its size is reduced to keep the same risk. Move it closer and the size is not increased.

EXECUTION FILTERS

- Maximum spread: a market order does not go in above it, and the panel's pending orders are withdrawn while the spread is wider and put back when it narrows (you can still edit them meanwhile).

- Maximum slippage at market.

- Which price triggers the stop: the normal one, the opposite one, or two touches in a row.

RESULTS

Equity curve (in money, % or balance, with the trade under your cursor), daily P&L, win rate, profit factor, expectancy and more, by symbol, weekday and hour, filtering with a click. Calendar, full history, and your goals: profit target and minimum trading days.

ALERTS AND SETTINGS

- Sound and on-screen banner. Telegram to your own bot, and email through cTrader's email settings.

- A native cTrader price alert when a trade has gone a chosen % of the way to its stop. It reaches the cTrader mobile app and follows the stop if you move it.

- Presets: save all your settings under a name and load them on any account of that computer.

- Values coloured by sign, short or full labels on the lines, shading between the lines.

- English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian.

WITH THE RISK GUARDIAN (sold separately)

The panel works while cTrader is open on your computer. The realbacktesting Tools Risk Guardian is a cBot that keeps your limits enforced when the panel is not there - for example on a VPS, with your computer off. Every order sent from the panel carries its management rules, its size and its initial risk, so the Guardian can run its break-even, partial closes and trailing stop. On the same computer they share the account state and only one of them acts: while the panel is open the panel enforces; close it and the Guardian takes over. A partial close already done by one is not repeated by the other.

WHAT IT CANNOT DO - AND WE SAY SO

Only orders sent from the panel can be checked before they reach your broker. Orders placed elsewhere - the platform's own ticket, your phone, other cBots - can only be closed after they open, and each forced close costs spread and commission (the panel counts that cost). A plugin cannot stop a cBot running on another chart: if one keeps reopening while you are blocked, you get an alert telling you to stop it.

If cTrader is closed, the panel enforces nothing. For that, use the Risk Guardian on a VPS, or your broker's own trailing stop. A stop does not protect you from a price gap: a limit can be exceeded when price jumps past it.

PROP FIRMS

The rules are generic: you set them to match your firm's daily limit base, reset time and static or trailing maximum loss. Check your firm's current rules and enter them yourself. There are no functions to hide anything from a broker or a prop firm, and nothing is randomised.
