The VegaXLR - Profit Defender is a cBot for the cTrader platform designed to protect trading profits through advanced trailing stop strategies. It offers three distinct trailing stop methods: Pip Levels, Big Bars, and Take Profit Percentage, enabling flexible and effective position management. The Pip Levels strategy uses incremental trigger and protection levels based on pip distances. The Big Bars strategy adjusts stop loss levels by detecting significantly large bars relative to recent averages, moving stops to just below these bars with a configurable buffer. The Take Profit Percentage strategy moves the stop loss progressively closer to the take profit level using up to four trigger-protection pairs, with options to switch to cTrader’s trailing stop and remove the take profit for extended gains.

The cBot supports operation both locally and on the cTrader Cloud, allowing continuous trade protection even when the user’s computer is off. Alert notifications can be customized and received via cTrader pop-ups, sound, email, or Telegram, including optional chart screenshots generated through Imgur for improved image quality.
