DXY Classic Symbol is a synthetic USD index designed to replicate the traditional Dollar Index structure using the standard basket composition and weight distribution.

It provides traders with a stable and familiar benchmark for analyzing U.S. Dollar strength within the cTrader platform.

The symbol follows the conventional USD index weighting model:

EUR: 57.6%

JPY: 13.6%

GBP: 11.9%

CAD: 9.1%

SEK: 4.2%

CHF: 3.6%

IMPORTANT

This is NOT the official DXY index. It is a custom-built synthetic symbol created for analytical and trading purposes.

You can access it under Custom Symbols and use it like any standard chart in your platform.

Once opened, all indicators can be applied without restriction.
