仕組み
- 期間：デフォルトは14。インジケーターは、期間内の高値-安値の範囲の合計と同期間のトゥルーレンジの比率を計算し、その結果を対数式でスケーリングします：choppiness = 100 * log10(sum(Range) / TrueRange) / log10(Period)
- 出力：単一のライン「CMI」（デフォルトはオレンジ）で、以下の通り：

- 高い値＝市場はもみ合い／レンジ相場（方向性のある取引は避けるか、ブレイクアウトの確認を待つ）
- 低い値＝市場はトレンド中（トレンドフォローの機会を探す）
解釈と典型的な設定
- デフォルト期間：14（タイムフレームや市場に応じて7〜28に調整）。
- 一般的な閾値（推奨、調整可能）：

- 約61.8以上 → 非常にチャッピー／レンジ相場
- 38.2〜61.8 → 混合／調整局面
- 約38.2以下 → トレンド相場（強い方向性の動き）
- タイムフレーム：

- トレンド確認やスイングトレードには高いタイムフレーム（H1、H4、日足）を使用。
- スキャルピング設定には短いタイムフレーム（M5〜M30）で期間を短縮して使用。
- 市場：Forex、金／銀（XAUUSD/XAGUSD）、指数、暗号通貨で機能。パフォーマンスは銘柄のボラティリティ特性に依存。
戦略での使い方
- ブレイクアウトフィルター：CMIがトレンド閾値（例：<38）以下のときのみブレイクアウトエントリーを行う。
- トレンド確認：トレンド指標（移動平均、スーパー・トレンド）やモメンタム指標（MACD、RSI）と組み合わせ、トレンド／モメンタムが確認され、かつCMIがトレンド環境を示すときにエントリー。
- シグナルノイズの回避：CMIがチャッピー閾値（例：>61）を超えている場合は方向性のある取引を延期するか、ストップを厳しく設定。
- ボラティリティの組み合わせ：ATRやボリンジャーバンドを使ってリスクサイズを決め、ボラティリティの状態を確認。
補完的なインジケーター
- ADX（トレンド強度）、ATR（ボラティリティ）、MACD / RSI（モメンタム）、スーパー・トレンドや移動平均（トレンド方向）、ボリンジャーバンド（レンジ／ボラティリティ）。
