[Title] Index-Trading_N-Wave_BuyOnly
[Overview]
This system is a day-trading-focused automated trading bot that targets the world's strongest stock index, the "US500," and aims to profit by capturing the "N-wave" patterns of the market.
This manual provides a clear explanation of the system's mechanism and each function.
1. What is Index Trading?
It is an investment method that involves buying a "package deal" of top companies representing the world.
For example, if you only buy shares of one company (such as company A or company B), you will suffer significant losses if that company's performance deteriorates. However, an "index" is like the "average score" of hundreds of top companies that have cleared strict criteria. Even if one company goes bankrupt, other companies will cover it, so the biggest advantage is that you can safely ride the "big wave" of global economic growth while eliminating the risk of individual bankruptcy.
* US500 (S&P500): A collection of 500 top American companies. It invests in the growth of the entire American economy.
* US100 (Nasdaq 100): A compilation of the top 100 American IT and high-tech companies. Its price movements are highly volatile.
* JP225 (Nikkei 225): A compilation of the top 225 Japanese companies.
2. What is an N-Wave?
It's a technique that utilizes the market's "breathing" to target the most profitable point.
The market never rises in a straight line. It always repeats a zigzag movement: "rise, fall slightly (a deep breath), and then rise sharply again." This pattern resembles the letter "N," hence the name "N-Wave."
1. A-B: The initial price increase.
2. B-C: The price temporarily falls due to profit-taking, etc. (a dip).
3. C-D: The price accumulates power again and rises sharply, surpassing the previous high (B). Beginners often jump in at the peak price point "B," resulting in buying at the top. However, this bot accurately identifies point "C," where the market has taken a deep breath, and automatically targets only the most powerful upward movement from "C to D."
3. Two Sensors for Understanding the Market
This system combines two powerful sensors (indicators) to achieve highly accurate entries.
* EMA (Exponential Moving Average): The market's "navigation system." This line connects the average of past prices, but it is designed to react sensitively to recent price movements. If the EMA is pointing upwards, it tells you the overall direction of the market (current location and destination), indicating that "there is a buying trend now."
* Stochastics: The market's "wave momentum." It tells you how much momentum the current wave has, on a scale of 0 to 100%.
* 80% or higher: The upward wave is very strong, and it is possible to ride the wave stably. * Below 20%: Indicates a very strong downward wave.
* One-Point Advice
Textbooks often explain that "above 80% is overbought (and therefore it will soon fall)," but this is a big mistake. To use a surfing analogy, it's like saying "don't ride the wave because it's too strong," causing you to miss a strong trend. In reality, it indicates "an excellent state where a strong wave is steadily rolling in."
[System's Winning Pattern]
This system confirms the uptrend using EMA (car navigation), and then uses Stochastic to accurately identify "the point where the wave temporarily recedes during a large wave (point C of the N wave)." Then, it safely enters the trade at the moment the strongest wave (the wave heading towards point D) rolls in again.
4. Four Advanced Features to Maximize Profits and Protect Risk
This system incorporates the "money management techniques" of professional traders.
â Partial Profit Taking (TP1: 50% Close) = The Peace of Mind of "No Losses"
When profits reach the halfway point (50%) before reaching the destination (point D), half of the held position is automatically closed for profit. At the same time, the stop-loss (stop-loss line) is moved to the "purchase price (entry price)". This ensures that even if the market subsequently plummets, the remaining half will end up at break-even, creating a "situation where you absolutely cannot lose money (no losses)".
â¡ Trailing Stop = Automatic Profit-Following Barrier
When profits continue to grow and exceed the 66% point, the stop-loss (stop-loss line) is automatically raised "up" to match the current price. Even if a sharp crash occurs, the raised stop-loss acts as a barrier, firmly securing (locking in) the profits gained up to that point.
⢠Pyramiding (Adding to Positions) = Riding the Winning Horse
While the market is rising strongly as expected, "additional purchases (addition of positions)" are automatically made. This is a professional-level, aggressive feature that takes risks only when things are going well to boost profits. (*Unlike unplanned averaging down, it only adds when profits are being made.)
⣠Forced settlement at a specified time (EOD Close) = Safe reset before going to sleep
In day trading, "sleeping with open positions" is the biggest risk, as you can get caught up in unexpected news or a major market crash. When this feature is turned ON, all positions, regardless of profit or loss, will be automatically and forcibly closed at a fixed time each day (e.g., early morning Japan time just before the NY market closes). Since you won't carry over unrealized losses to the next day, you can operate stress-free.
