Overview
Auto Tools Suite builds market structure in real time from ZigZag‑style pivots (threshold in pips or percent):
- Auto Trendlines — dynamic support/resistance from confirmed highs/lows.
- Auto Fibonacci — retracements & extensions of the latest impulse.
- Auto Pitchfork (Andrews) — median + optional rails from the last 3 pivots.
- Patterns — Double Top / Double Bottom with tolerance & minimum spacing.
- Presets — one‑click module layouts. Alerts — event‑driven labels/logs with tolerance in pips.
Parameter groups (summary)
Pivot Engine
- Deviation Units/Value — reversal threshold in pips or %.
- Backstep — minimum bars between pivots.
- Price Mode — High/Low (more sensitive) or Close (more conservative).
- Show ZigZag Guide — show live last leg before it confirms.
Trendlines
- Enable, TL Thickness, Colors (hex for res/sup).
- TL Strict Slope — requires lower highs for resistance / higher lows for support.
- Extend Lines (bars) — project lines to the right.
Fibonacci
- Enable Retr/Ext, Colors retr/ext, Show Fib Labels.
- Selectable levels — 23.6/38.2/50/61.8/78.6 and 127.2/141.4/161.8/200.
Pitchfork
- Enable, Median/Parallels colors, Thickness, Show Parallels.
Patterns
- Enable, Pattern Tolerance %, Min Bars Between Peaks, Draw Labels, Box Color.
Alerts
- Enable Alerts (master), Trendline Break, Fib Touch, Pattern Detection.
- Alert Tolerance (pips), Alert Draw Label, Alert Label Color.
Performance
- Max Objects — FIFO cap on chart objects to keep charts responsive.
Presets (1‑click)
- PriceActionClean — Trendlines ON, Fib retr ON, ext OFF, Pitchfork OFF, Patterns OFF, Fib labels OFF.
- FibOnly — only Fibonacci (retr + ext) with labels ON.
- StructureScanner — everything ON, including Pitchfork rails & Fib labels.
- Custom — use exactly your parameter values.
Presets affect module toggles/labels at runtime; numeric inputs (Deviation, Backstep, etc.) remain as you set them.
Quick start
- Tune pivots: set Deviation (pips or %) and Backstep (3–7).
- Pick a Preset (e.g., StructureScanner) to enable modules instantly.
- Turn Alerts ON, choose events, and set Alert Tolerance (e.g., 1–3 pips on FX; higher on indices).
- Trim visual noise: disable rarely used Fib levels and keep Max Objects reasonable.
Practical tips
- Noisy intraday: Percent 0.6–1.2, Backstep 5–8, TL Strict ON, fewer Fib levels.
- Swing: Percent 1.0–2.0, Pitchfork ON, Ext 127/161/200, Patterns ON.
- Breakout check: confirm with trendline + Fib cluster; use Trendline Break alert.
Compatibility & performance
- Works on any symbol and timeframe.
- Chart objects are managed with FIFO; adjust Max Objects to your layout.
FAQ (quick)
Q: Nothing shows up.
A: Lower Deviation or raise Backstep. You need ≥2 pivots for Fib, ≥3 for Pitchfork.
Q: Alerts are noisy.
A: Alerts are de‑duplicated per bar/key; increase Alert Tolerance (pips) to reduce false touches.
Q: Can I change all colors?
A: Yes, every color is HEX (e.g., #FF6B6B).
