What's new in Revision 1?

• Row Height in Pips!
• Custom Format (k, M) for Big Numbers (n >= 1000)!
• Change histograms side to Right (Delta Profile) in Normal+Delta mode
• Fix => Indicator's objects being randomly removed right after switching Panel settings
• Fix => Lookback doesn't load more historical data
• Fix => Real-time profile differs from historical profile of the same period
• Bars Distribution => OHLC_No_Avg and Open
• Buy vs Sell => Sum, Subtract and Divide total values of each side
• Delta => Total, Min, Max, Subtract (min - max) Delta

• Added Params Panel for quickly switch between settings (volume modes, row height, interval, etc) as well as more user-friendly.
• Refactor to only use Colors API
• Should work with Mac OS users.
