Tengoku V3 is an automated XAUUSD cBot built around market structure, pivot validation and systematic trade execution. The strategy identifies structural HH/LL developments and waits for a validated opposing pivot before creating a new trade setup. Once a setup is confirmed, the cBot calculates predefined entry, SL and TP levels and manages the resulting orders automatically.
Strategy & Market Structure
Tengoku V3 uses a stateful market-structure engine to identify:
• Higher Highs (HH)
• Higher Lows (HL)
• Lower Highs (LH)
• Lower Lows (LL)
A new structural HH or LL creates a new setup. The following opposing pivot must pass a three-candle validation before the setup becomes executable. The strategy is designed specifically for XAUUSD.
Entry & Execution
After a valid structure and pivot are identified, the cBot calculates two opposing entry levels based on the structural anchor and validated pivot. SL and TP levels are calculated automatically from the distance between these levels and the selected Reward Multiplier. Orders are managed automatically throughout the setup lifecycle. When a new structural HH or LL appears, pending orders from the previous setup are cancelled while existing positions are left untouched. The cBot also manages subsequent trade outcomes and predefined re-entry conditions within the setup.
Dynamic Risk Management
Position size is calculated from the current account balance and the selected Risk % per Trade. As the account balance changes, position sizing adjusts accordingly, allowing the risk model to compound automatically.

The recommended 0.2% risk setting is the configuration used for the presented backtest. Users can select different risk settings, but higher risk can materially change drawdown and overall account exposure. Automated trading involves risk of loss.
