Gold Sentinel Pro is an automated trading cBot developed for XAUUSD (Gold) on the 5-minute timeframe.

The strategy combines weekly EMA trend analysis with intraday EMA200 filtering and RSI pullback signals to identify systematic buy opportunities.

Key Features

1. Weekly Trend Analysis (W1)

• Uses configurable fast and slow weekly EMAs.
• Default EMA periods: 5 and 10.
• Supports alternative EMA combinations, including 5/34.
• Three signal modes: TrendState, Fresh Bullish Crossover and Recent Bullish Crossover.
• Optional slow EMA rising filter.

In the default TrendState mode, buy opportunities are considered when the fast weekly EMA is above the slow weekly EMA.

2. M5 Entry Confirmation

The system evaluates completed five-minute candles and looks for:

• A valid bullish weekly trend.
• Closing price above EMA200.
• RSI(14) below the configured threshold (40 by default).

Gold Sentinel Pro is a buy-only strategy. It does not open short positions.

3. Automated Trade Management

• Default position size: 0.01 lot, adjustable.
• Default Stop Loss: 60 pips.
• Default Take Profit: 95.7 pips.
• Maximum holding period: 11 days, adjustable.
• One bot-managed position at a time on the selected symbol.
• Stop Loss and Take Profit submitted with market orders.

Actual trading distances and execution depend on the broker's XAUUSD specifications.

4. Account Equity Floor Protection

Gold Sentinel Pro includes a configurable account equity threshold.

When account equity reaches or falls below the configured floor, the cBot attempts to close its own positions and prevents further entries. Failed closing attempts are retried while the cBot remains operational and connected.

This feature does not close positions opened manually or by other trading robots.

The equity floor is not a guaranteed stop-loss mechanism. Execution, connectivity problems, slippage and market gaps may cause additional losses.

5. Trading Controls and Monitoring

• Real-time automated order execution requires explicit activation.
• Customizable EMA, RSI, position sizing and exit parameters.
• Optional on-chart information panel displaying account balance, equity, distance to the configured floor and weekly trading status.
• Optional custom fitness function for strategy optimization.

How to Use

1. Install Gold Sentinel Pro in cTrader.
2. Open an XAUUSD chart on the M5 timeframe.
3. Review the weekly EMA and RSI settings.
4. Configure position size, Stop Loss, Take Profit and maximum holding period.
5. Set an appropriate Account Floor below the current account balance.
6. Test the configuration on a separate demo account.
7. Enable real-time orders when ready and monitor the cBot during operation.
