For me the fair test is 30 days with 30 AI calls. If the result still looks clean, the product becomes easier to trust. A cautious first pass gives a cleaner opinion.

Not a hands off answer, but it has a clear role. It helps with AI assisted trading, while the weak spot is that AI output still needs a manual filter. A clean journal needs both hit rate and average R.
