Since this cbot is made for a wide-range of prop-firm rules with different rules % , ALL parameters are designed to be flexible and to be entered by user **MANULLY** with some user-friendly features per user's trading style optimization.

CAUTION **!!!** : For maximum flexibility, i decided to let user decide their buffer. Please enter your buffer instead of actual rule. **Example : For a 5% max dd rule, please always enter smaller, something like 4% or even 4.5% if you are feeling risky. Same concept applies to all rules. This number is NOT taking spreads into account yet***

**Details of RiskEnforcer** behaviour :

**RiskEnforcer** does **not** open trades and does **not** interfere with your strategy. It is a dedicated guardian layer that runs alongside your manual or automated trading and enforces the rules that get funded accounts terminated:

• Optimized for **multiple accounts** — **the bot has built-in state file for each account so that it can correctly identify your accounts so the balance between multiple accounts will NOT be mixed up on each activation.**
• **Daily Drawdown Protection** (Standard rule for all firms) — tracks your intraday high-water mark and force-closes all positions before your daily loss limit is breached. Optionally blocks any new trade until the drawdown recovers or the daily reset passes if user turns on this.
• **Maximum Drawdown Protection** (Standard rule for all firms) — a static equity floor % calculated from your starting balance. If equity ever approaches it, everything is closed immediately.
• **Trailing Drawdown Protection (I think many prop-firms has this, if you with them you will find this useful**)— for firms whose drawdown floor trails your HIGHEST BALANCE , NOT EQUITY. The floor rises as you bank profits and can optionally lock at your starting balance so the floor doesnt go any lower than your original anchor (APEX does this).
• **Stop-Loss Watchdog** (Hola-prime has a sneaky 30 second NO-SL violation)— every position must have a stop loss. If one doesn't, a countdown starts; when it expires, RiskEnforcer can place the SL for you automatically (sized from your dollar risk-per-trade) or close the position as a last resort. **ALWAYS put 25 or 26 seconds, dont risk it.**
• **Auto Stop-Loss Placement** — converts your " $ risk per trade " into a correctly sized SL for any symbol and lot size, placed the moment a naked position opens with SL-timers expires.
• **Midnight Mark Profit Lock** — Enter how long before your firm's daily reset, RiskEnforcer can bank customed % of open winning positions so floating profit isn't surrendered to the reset. Mid-night mark hour and timezone are fully configurable (DST handled automatically).
• **Heartbeat detection paired with Telegram Alerts** — Auto detects and notify you on startup/shutdown, disconnection and reconnection, every protective action it takes, and every breach protected — all delivered to your phone in real time.
• **Rapid-stacking Exposure Detector & Inactivity Monitoring** (Only on console log not on telegram, but will update per request)— warns when correlated same-direction risk stacks up on one symbol, and reminds you before inactivity rules are breached.

**P.S : All risk-execution takes a maximum 10ms to execute, leave your buffer for about 5 seconds(5000ms) is more than plenty. Subjects to change during internet flickering and volatile news periods, so always take your own responsibility.**

What is expected by user in each Trading Parameters ??

**Account category:**

• • Initial Balance = Reference balance for risk calculations
  • • User name = Purely used for telegram messages, you can put funny names like **Bruce Wayne, I dont really care.**
    • • Prop Firm name = Just text, up to you.
      • Reset Saved State On Start = Re-anchors all limits to current balance (To be used after a payout)

**Daily Drawdown category:**

• Enable Daily DD = Toggle On/Off
• Daily DD Trigger (%) = Intraday loss limit from the daily high-water mark, it resets daily a second after **mid-night mark**.
• Block New Trades After Breach = Prevents revenge trading after daily breached
• Midnight Mark — Hour / Timezone = Your firm's daily reset time, DST-aware
• Minutes before reset = How many minutes before set Midnight mark to execute your profit lock logic (some prop-firms like Tradeday requires 20 minutes before market close, in that case you can set 25 minutes here and set mid-night mark at 4pm NY close and it will trigger at 3:35pm)

**Max Drawdown category:**

• Max DD enable = Turn this on/off, very useful if you are testing your algorithm, just good to have
• Max DD Trigger (%) = Overall equity floor from starting balance

**Trailing Drawdown category:**

• Close Amount = close 25%/50%/75%/100% , offering flexibility to all rules, prop-firm or not.
• Lock Profit Threshold ($) = Minimum floating profit to trigger at the midnight lock.
• • • Example: Threshold = 1000, Floating profit = 900, Close Amount = Close 50%. Will not trigger because threshold not reached.
    • • • Will trigger if : Floating profit on mid-night mark= 9000$ , Threshold = 8000, Close Amount = Close 50%, Triggered => Floating profit = 4500

Who Is RiskEnforcer For?

**Important Limitations & Usage Notes**

**CBot will go offline** **when you close your cTrader app** (you will receive TG message when you do so). It is because it is still a script running inside you CTrader engine. If you require 24/7 monitoring , you MUST keep the application opened and devide turned on, and internet connected. The cBot has gone the extra-mile by detecting and notifying any disconnection. User needs to take their own responsibility to their accounts.

**Broker Minimum Stop Distance.** Some brokers enforce a minimum distance between the current market price and a stop-loss order. If your configured Risk Per Trade produces a stop loss tighter than your broker's minimum, the broker may reject the automatic placement. In this event, RiskEnforcer will retry the placement when the SL Timer expires and, if the retry is also rejected, will close the position as a protective fail-safe. If you trade with very small risk amounts or large position sizes, please verify your broker's minimum stop distance and set Risk Per Trade accordingly.

**Telegram Message Ordering.** During an internet or Telegram service outage, undelivered alerts are queued and retried automatically. When delivery resumes, retried messages may arrive slightly out of chronological order. Each alert is self-contained and includes its own figures, so no information is lost; please refer to the message contents rather than arrival order when reviewing events after an outage.

**After a Payout (Re-Anchoring).** RiskEnforcer anchors its drawdown calculations to your account balance when first attached. After a payout, enable **Reset Saved State On Start** (defaulted as "no")and restart the bot once; all protection levels re-anchor to your current balance, matching how firms re-base limits after withdrawals. Switch the parameter off afterwards.

**Execution Disclaimer.** RiskEnforcer closes positions at market when a limit is threatened. During extreme volatility, price gaps, or broker outages, fill prices may differ from trigger levels, and no software can guarantee a breach is impossible. Configure your triggers with a safety margin inside your firm's official limits (for example, 4.5% for a 5% rule).

**Other notes.** One chart instance protects the entire account (all symbols). Protection state is saved per account and survives restarts. RiskEnforcer requires an active platform connection — if your machine or VPS goes offline, you will receive a Telegram disconnection warning, but no protection can act until connectivity returns. Telegram alerts require running the bot on a local machine or VPS (cloud-hosted execution does not permit internet access).
