it helped mostly by making bad ideas easier to skip. The useful part is how it keeps the trader selective.

Fine for a side read, especially when the chart is not clean. A 5 minute check should not become a 30 minute rabbit hole.

The reason it feels usable is the setup needs less second guessing. It should stay as one part of the stack.
