Interpreting the Visual Elements

MACD Line (Blue) vs Signal Line (Orange) — A crossover above signals bullish momentum; a crossover below signals bearish momentum.

Four-Color Histogram — Each bar reflects both the direction and strength of momentum:

Key Parameters:

Fast / Slow / Signal Length: Core MACD periods (default: 12, 26, 9)

Oscillator & Signal MA Type: MA type for each calculation (default: EMA)

MTF Filter Mode: None, Trend (MACD vs signal), or ZeroLine (MACD vs zero)

Higher Timeframe: Timeframe used for MTF confirmation

Crossover / Zero Line Alerts: Toggle each alert type independently
