Donchian PSAR Indicator

This tool was built around that exact market truth — the asymmetry of price movement. In financial markets (especially in riskier assets like tech stocks or Bitcoin), prices often rise gradually and fall dramatically. The Donchian PSAR helps you visualize that behavior clearly.
When the asset is rising, the indicator plots the bottom of the Donchian Channel, giving you a stable visual of the steady climb.
When the asset starts falling, it switches to the Parabolic SAR, which reacts more quickly and is better suited for the fast, “risk-off” market action of downturns.
And for assets that behave the opposite way — like the VIX, which tends to rise sharply and fall slowly — you can flip a switch to reverse this logic, adapting the indicator to your use case instantly.
