SMCContextPro is a market structure indicator for cTrader based on Smart Money Concepts (SMC). It maps swing structure, break of structure (BOS), change of character (CHoCH), order blocks, fair value gaps, liquidity sweeps and higher-timeframe key levels on one chart, with optional audio and popup alerts.

HOW IT WORKS
Swing detection
- Swing highs and lows are detected with a fractal method. A swing is confirmed only after the set number of bars (Swing Length, default 5) has closed on each side, so swings appear with that delay and never repaint afterwards.
- Swings are labelled HH, LH, HL or LL against the previous swing of the same kind.
- An optional ATR filter ignores small swings.
- Unmitigated swing levels are drawn as lines and removed as soon as price touches them. You choose how many levels to keep per side and whether to show only major swings (HH / LL).
Market structure
- BOS and CHoCH are evaluated on candle close, with an optional breakout tolerance in pips.
- Liquidity sweeps are marked when a candle wicks beyond the last swing level but closes back inside it.
Sweep signals (optional)
- Buy and sell arrows can be shown on liquidity sweeps.
- Three filter modes: every sweep; sweeps with a minimum rejection wick (% of candle range); or rejection wick plus agreement with the current structure direction.
- Signals are visual markers only. They do not include entry, stop loss or take profit levels.
Order blocks and fair value gaps
- Order blocks: the last opposing candle before a BOS or CHoCH, searched within a lookback window.
- Fair value gaps: three-candle imbalances, marked +FVG and -FVG.
- Unmitigated zones extend to the current bar. When price trades into a zone it is hidden or dimmed (your choice).
- Zone rectangles are locked so they cannot be moved accidentally while you work on the chart.
Premium, discount and OTE
- Premium and discount zones with the 50% equilibrium line, drawn on the latest swing range.
- Optional OTE levels at 62%, 70.5% and 79%, oriented to the current structure direction.
Key liquidity levels
- Previous day, week and month high and low.
- Monday high and low of the current week, and the previous Friday high and low.
- Monday and Friday lines are hidden when they coincide with the previous day lines.
- Colour, thickness and line style are adjustable for each level.
Chart tools
- Day separators with weekday labels, with an option to merge Sunday into Monday.
- Fast and slow EMA (default 20 and 50).
- Optional white chart background. The original background is restored when the indicator is removed.
Info panel
- Current structure bias (bullish, bearish or neutral).
- Simple fractal-based bias for h4, daily and weekly.
- Today's range against the 14-day average daily range, in pips and percent.
- Current spread in pips.
- Countdown to candle close (updated every second).
Alerts
- Audio and popup alerts for BOS, CHoCH, liquidity sweeps, sweep signals, order block and FVG mitigation, and touches of previous day, week and month, Monday and Friday levels.
- Alerts trigger on live price only, not on historical bars. A short warm-up after loading prevents alerts when switching charts or timeframes.
- Alerts work while cTrader is running. No email setup is needed.
Performance
- Only unmitigated zones and levels are checked on each tick.
- Level and zone lines are redrawn on new bars or when structure changes, not on every tick.
- The number of historical objects on the chart is adjustable.
NOTES
- All times, day separators and daily, weekly and monthly levels use UTC.
- The candle countdown is designed for time-based charts.
