- チャートシンボルの ROC（パーセント変化率） を計算します
- 同じROCを DXY に対して計算します
- 差分（シンボルROC – DXY ROC）を使用します

読み方
- 評価 > +しきい値 → 伸びすぎ / 「オーバー」コンテキスト
- 評価 < -しきい値 → 伸びすぎ / 「アンダー」コンテキスト
- その間 → ニュートラルコンテキスト
これは単独のエントリーシグナルではなく、 バイアス＆位置フィルター として使用してください。
