This is the extended version of the original Fair Value Gap indicator with additional features for advanced gap analysis and Fibonacci-based entries.

Enhanced FVG Identification

• Automatically finds bullish and bearish Fair Value Gaps
• Tracks unfilled, partially filled, and fully filled status in real-time
• Partial Fill Threshold: Control when partial fill becomes full fill (50-99%, default 90%)
